This program is my attempt to create a project which using Splash Screen. The program calculates the local time of a place far away from the place where we know what time it is. We must provide the program the geographical coordinates of two places in the world and the time for one of them. The program was created in C++ in Borland C++ Builder 6 Personal IDE.
