- that "_fullaudioinfo" can be "Nothing" - "$LOWERCASE$" will not be removed because the flag has also been lowercased - added missing flag "$UPPERCASE$"

The pattern matching and replacing of the bulk renamer is rewritten to make it easily extendable.
The explanatory text in frmSettingsHolder.vb needs to be rewritten, too.
