This PR updates the display name for the country code PS from "Palestinian Territories" to "Palestine" to align with the prevailing international consensus.
International Recognition: Over 140 UN member states, including recent high-profile additions like the UK, Canada, Australia, and France, formally recognize the State of Palestine.
UN Status: Palestine has been recognized as a Non-Member Observer State at the UN since 2012 under the name "State of Palestine."
