For the record (Dependabot auto-closed this when the groups were reworked in #65): the actual blocker was WiX Toolset 6 → 7 — WiX v7 requires accepting the paid Open Source Maintenance Fee (OSMF) EULA to build, so CI fails with WIX7015 (reproduced twice). We stay on the fee-free WiX v6 line; a Dependabot ignore rule for WixToolset majors prevents weekly resurfacing. The other minor/patch updates will be re-offered by the new kiosk-minor-patch group.
