Medieval Roleplay Engine v1.5

- the plugin now primarily uses UUIDs to store information rather than IGNs

Medieval Roleplay Engine v1.5 Beta
This is the beta version of v1.5. It works on my test server but it is not fully tested.
Notable new features are /whisper, /yell, /roll and /rphelp.

- birds will fly 20 blocks per second toward their intended target
- if a player's bird is on a mission, they won't be available for another message until they reach their target

- allows players to change their character's names with /card name

- allows players to change their character's names with /card gender
- allows players to change their character's names with /card religion
