No logic change * delete trailing spaces * swap a space-indent to a hard-tab indent

Augmentations to cytopia#39. I only changed the small items which @Dark-Kernel seems to have acknowledged:
Items relating to changing some exit values, and changing some defaults, I have not undone with this branch.
My goal is to help improve cytopia#39 to make the timer and filename options more likely to get merged to the main project.
