What does this PR do? What is the motivation?

Marks Azure Container Registry (ACR), Azure Container Apps, and Azure Container Instances as generally available for agentless scanning. Removes all "coming soon" and "preview" labels from:

  • compatibility.md: Updated the summary table (serverless row and container registries row) and the detailed container registries table
  • vulnerabilities/_index.md: Added ACR and Azure Container Apps/Instances to the comparison tables

Also adds a note that Azure Container Apps and Instances support requires the latest agentless scanner, with a link to the update page.

Merge instructions

Merge readiness:

  • Ready for merge

Additional notes

ACR support for running container images is now generally available.
Remove "coming soon" labels from compatibility and vulnerabilities pages.
Remove "coming soon" and "preview" labels. Add note that Azure Container
Apps and Instances require the latest agentless scanner with a link to
the update page.
