What does this PR do?

Adjusts the display_priority values in the mysql and postgres configuration specs so that only the most important fields (e.g. dbm) surface near the top of the generated conf.yaml.example files, moving lower-priority fields such as tags, custom_queries, and disable_generic_tags further down.

Motivation

The mysql and postgres example configuration files had several fields with elevated display priority, which pushed important settings like dbm down the file and diluted the "most important fields on top" ordering intent.

Review checklist (to be filled by reviewers)

  • Feature or bugfix MUST have appropriate tests (unit, integration, e2e)
  • Add qa/required if this PR needs QA validation, or qa/skip-qa if it does not. Exactly one of the two is required.
  • If you need to backport this PR to another branch, you can add the backport/<branch-name> label to the PR and it will automatically open a backport PR once this one is merged
