More details

This is a release metadata and version bump backport for Kafka Consumer (8.1.0 → 8.1.1) and Kueue (1.0.0 → 1.0.1). All version strings are consistent across __about__.py, requirements-agent-release.txt, and CHANGELOG entries. Changelog fragments have been properly consolidated and deleted. No production code changes; no behavioral risk.
