Description

Adding agent skills for the Python tools for the Polylith Architecture, including the basic concepts of the Polylith Architecture.

Motivation and Context

For teams practicing Agentic Engineering:
adding Polylith-specific skills to make agents aware of how the tooling works, how a Polylith Monorepo is organized and the basic concepts of the architecture.
