Upgraded PHP and JS dependencies in composer.json, package.json, and package-lock.json, including Symfony Dotenv, T2 packages, Dekode coding standards, and various WordPress and frontend tools. Enhanced ESLint configuration to support Node.js environment and improved import resolver settings for better TypeScript and JSX support.
