About the PR
Adds every color of gloves, shoes, jumpsuits, and any other clothes to passenger loadouts. Will also add the elegant dresses, eye patch, and anything else I can think of or people suggest.
This is a draft pr right now.
Why / Balance
Passenger loadouts are incredibly lacking in what they have in them, despite there being many different colors of clothes in the game. This PR makes it where passengers can finally have the simple drip that they want round start.
