Randomized species scrambler fix

Accidently deleted old PR, doing this again.

About the PR

Fix #6161 and #6267 . Scrambler now randomizes hair and facials too. Seems to be a known bug from upstream with an open pr to fix it. Took that for here.

Why / Balance

If I'm a pink Vulp purplish hair turning into a green one with the same purplish hair, people will recognize me.
