Adding the Anaconda

About the PR

I added the Anaconda, a 20tc one handed Patos-L6SAW hybrid, it's slower to fire and has bad accuracy. When purchased it does not come with a spare L6 mag.

Why / Balance

I wanted to add a easy to use flexible option that only needed one hand to fire to the syndicates available weapons.

Technical details

Its not too bad I hope, first time working on something like this.

Just a sprite critique here, but if this weapon is to be one handed, the sprite while in hand should reflect that its being aimed, rather than being faced towards the ground

no other 1 handed weapon is like that with their inhands, all pistols and the patos are pointed down due to it being hard to convey aiming super well with just one hand, i wasnt told this when i made the patos either

!discord important fact: this thing has a big discount from 20tc down to 15tc. Rare discount though.
