This will make brains edible, so we'll probably want to make them not edible or just require an organ no one has or something (I need to look if special digestion is a thing still).

Organs are edible again, except for brains.
Readded Vox cortical stack sprite for vox brains.

Applied changes to DeltaV species as well.
A few simple changes to OrganVoxBrain yaml.
Moved image name from cortical-stack.png to brain.png in DeltaV Vox/organs.rsi
