Assistant loadout decluttered + some additions

About the PR

Decluttered most of the assistant's loadout categories by putting recolors of items in drawers together. Also added some additional options to the assistant loadout, more details below.

Why / Balance

The assistant loadout was kind of cluttered by various colors of jumpsuits, gloves, etc that largely went unused. Added some additional clothing options because more customization options are always nice.

Technical details

• Put most of the items with many recolors into collapsible "groupBy" drawers.
• Created an assistant-specific backpack category (to add the leather satchel and merc bag without adding it to service jobs or the prisoner). It is still simply labeled "Backpack" in loadout-groups.ftl and not "Assistant Backpack"

Here's a list of what was added to the assistant loadout:

• MNK office skirt
• MNK black overalls
• MNK gym bra
• MNK exposed shoulders
• MNK black tracksuit
• MNK black dress
• White shirt and purple skirt
• Black turtleneck
• Mercenary fingerless gloves
• Laceup shoes
• Leather shoes
• Mercenary bag
• Leather satchel

A lot of conflict-causing references to department-specific clothing were cleaned up and given specific IDs for the assistant loadout.
