great job @Nkwenti-Severian-Ndongtsop , please can you modify the file to be tailored to this project? for example, instead of giving general guide lines, use repo specific guide lines eg on line 14, git clone https://github.com/Dericko681/ChatMe.git instead of git clone https://github.com/<your-username>/<repo-name>.git. This enables reusability
contributors should create a branch under a sub-branch such as the features branch for a feature and it should named as branch_{issue_number}.
all commits must be signed
no PR will be merged directly to the main so no dev should create a branch from the main
no contributor must modify repos structure
