Added a Python program to check whether a given number is an Armstrong number or not.
The program takes an integer input and verifies if the sum of its digits raised to the power of the number of digits equals the number itself.

This Python script has been tested locally and provides correct output for sample inputs:
Input: 153 → Output: Armstrong number
Input: 125 → Output: Not Armstrong number
Added file under Python/armstrong_number.py.
