Fix data browser bugs

Fixes bugs related to the Data Browser widget:

• Corrected time calculation for different formats e.g. "8 hours" and "2 days and 1 hour". Before this was incorrectly calculating some times, and returning to default value of 60 seconds
• Changed direction of axes grid to match Phoebus
• Added missing title property to parser
