Added GitHubFlow workflow and pull-request rules to GitVersion.yml for better versioning process management. Updated .NET SDK version in global.json to 9.0.200 to align with the latest feature version.

Bump version to 1.30.1 in Kubernetes project and fix launch settings to point to the correct target project. Introduce `V1BatchJob` class implementing `IWorkload` with a `PodTemplate` property.
Replaced AssemblyVersion and AssemblyFileVersion parameters with FullSemVer equivalents in the CI build step. This ensures the build process uses more comprehensive semantic versioning for better version tracking and consistency.
Replaced FullSemVer with AssemblySemVer for the AssemblyVersion property. This ensures the versioning aligns correctly with the intended assembly semantic versioning standards. Other build properties remain unchanged.
The variable FullSemFileVer was replaced with FullSemVer to correct a typo in the build script. This ensures accurate versioning during the CI build process.
Downgrade the project version from 1.30.1 to 1.30.0 in the .csproj file. Add new configuration for feature branches in GitVersion.yml, enabling continuous delivery mode and setting branch-specific labeling.
The AssemblyVersion and Version properties were removed as they are either redundant or being handled elsewhere in the build process. This simplifies the project file and ensures cleaner configuration management.
Replaced SharpYaml with YamlDotNet to simplify and improve YAML serialization. Updated code to use YamlDotNet's `SerializerBuilder` with camel case naming convention. Modified project dependencies to include YamlDotNet instead of SharpYaml.
