This is a full stack application built to support the annual flagship event Synapse, organized by BCS.
The app was designed to handle user registrations, floating hints, and providing important event information — all in one place.
Used and loved by 200+ users during the event!
The app offers:
- Easy user registration for event participants
- A system to float hints and updates in real-time
- A centralized hub for event schedules, guidelines, and details
- Smooth, user-friendly interface accessible to all participants
- Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (or specify if you used any framework like React or Flutter)
- Backend: Node.js / Express (or your backend stack)
- Database: MongoDB (or your DB)
- Deployment: (e.g., Firebase, Heroku, AWS, or other)
1️⃣ Download the APK
- Go to the Releases section of this repo.
- Download the latest
BCS-Synapse-App.apkfile to your Android device.
2️⃣ Allow installation from unknown sources
- On your Android phone, go to Settings > Security (or Privacy, depending on your device).
- Enable Install from unknown sources for your browser or file manager.
3️⃣ Install the APK
- Locate the downloaded APK file on your device.
- Tap on it and follow the instructions to install.
4️⃣ Open and run the app
- Once installed, open the BCS Synapse App from your app drawer.
- Register and start exploring the event features!
