When specifying an animation using keyframes, then using it with a delay, the delay is applied to each keyframe, resulting in breaks in the animation. Fiddle here: http://jsfiddle.net/a9aWn/
I realize that a delay applied to each keyframe could be useful, but I think the majority of users would expect the delay to apply only at the beginning.
