Detect 6 categories of upgradeable proxy vulnerabilities: storage gap issues, UUPS authorize guard, implementation selfdestruct, receive/fallback conflicts, initializer misconfigurations, and missing onlyProxy modifiers. Closes #57
Wire upgrade_engine between invariant and cross_contract stages, add upgrade_candidates to cache schema and pipeline stats, register confidence weights for all upgrade slugs, bump cache version to v9.
