1.0.1 Release fixes

TL;DR The Quiz Runner will now break much less often, still unsure what triggers captchas.

Fixes missing answers and will no longer hang upon missing answer (If any more decide to show up). Captcha check also implemented on the rare occasion a captcha is prompted upon login to wizard101 website.

I am unsure as to what triggers captchas to appear, since new testing has caused captchas to show up despite what I previously thought (on the bright side the captcha solver works properly!).

QuizRunnerLite lacks captcha solving but is much smaller in size, so if you manage to not get captchas, Lite will work for you, otherwise download the normal version.

Quiz Runner Lite lacks the captcha solving, but if you are only running one account a day they won't be necessary anyways.
