**Chat View Safety:**
- Add null safety checks for dataSources in chat/index.vue
- Prevent undefined errors when getChatByUuid returns null
- Add optional chaining for Message component props (dateTime, text, inversion, error, loading)
- Prevent crashes when loading chat history on page refresh
**GPT Action Support:**
- Add support for 'gpt.seedream' action in drawList.vue
- Improve GPT action detection with startsWith('gpt.') pattern
- Fix model assignment for GPT actions using optional chaining
- Enhance action message display logic for better UX
**Settings UX:**
- Remove conditional display (v-if) from server settings tab
- Make server configuration always accessible to users
- Improve settings discoverability
## Bug Fixes
- Fix potential TypeError when chat data is undefined
- Fix model not being set correctly for Seedream submissions
- Fix server settings tab being hidden incorrectly
## Impact
- **Stability:** Prevents crashes when navigating chat history
- **Functionality:** Seedream now works correctly in draw submissions
- **UX:** Server settings now always visible, easier configuration
