Implemented Hall of Fame as well as new commands associated with it:
/sg addhead - Marks head for live update
/sg addsign - Marks sign for live update
/sg delhead - Unmarks head
/sg delsign - Unmarks sign
/sg stats - Shows you your current stats
Added command to disable Lobby Wall
/sg delwall - Disables wall, need WE selection
