docs(config): filled out the Config class descriptions

Completed The Config Class

This was a lot of work. wezterm.lua is next.

Changes

• Filled out all the Config fields I could find in the Lua Reference
• Fixed data types
• Dropped Config class fields that I couldn't find any mention of
• Got rid of unnecessary alias/class types
• Addressed Request: make mentions of other annotations clickable links using workspace links #59 in config.lua
