Scaling for ne1024, no LND threading, 256, 512, 1024 nodes.

@tcclevenger Did you write a python/hy/matlab/octave/bash/assembly script to generate figs? Or did you use one from other folders? If you crafted one, can you add it to the PR, so others can use it/ Would be nice to have a script that can be used like

gen-plot --timers=timer1,timer2 --files=timings1.txt,timings2.txt,timings3.txt --nnodes=256,512,1024

so we can dig through the files at will, plotting whatever timers we want...

@ambrad added the plots, but the image is getting busy. I plan to make new ones (probably just with frontier and pm-gpu for now) soon and I'll post the command when I do. I'm HPSF now and traveling tomorrow. I plan to work on this tomorrow, but I'm guessing it's next week before I get around to making the new plots.

Yeah, no rush. I was just hoping to get a script that other folks can use if they want to dig on certain timers. Ideally, using a language a tad more common than hy (nothing aginst it, but the goal is to make the tool useful to more ppl).
