Testing:

I ran the sphere_transport_with_viz suite on chrysalis and it passed.

I also pulled the images locally and quickly flipped through all of them, and things look good.

To pull (just) the images locally, I ran:

rsync -zarv --prune-empty-dirs --include "*/" --include="*.png" --exclude="*" chrysalis:/lcrc/group/e3sm/ac.anolan/polaris_PR386/ ~/Desktop/polaris_PR386
