Further test fixes

Summary

Objectives:

• Fix early test failures caused by excluding -rf tags (discovered while testing Split global_time_series task #722 & Split global_time_series task and improve performance zppy-interfaces#26)

Issue resolution:

• Follow-up to Integration test fixes #737
