whats-new.rstapi.rstor it's sub rsts?This is a big time helper to build starfit parameter files/sets.
It currently allows a either a manual screening or a "pick the largest" when more than reservoir is located on a single segment.
The accompanying notebook would be nice to have but its data requirements may not be practical.
