When LLVM is compiled with assertions, the `setName` would fail, as struct literals are not allowed to have names. Using `StructType::create` instead of `StructType::get` creates a type that is not a literal. This assert is not getting triggered from the code paths inside jlm, only from this test, but I will still have a look to see that we handle the distinction between literal and non-literal structs correctly (whatever difference that may be)
