Extended XML Doc Comments Provider (VS2022+)

This package contains a Visual Studio 2022 editor extension that augments the standard C# XML documentation comments elements with custom elements, attributes, and attribute values supported by the Sandcastle Help File Builder and other documentation tools.

NOTE: This release is for Visual Studio 2022 Preview only. For Visual Studio 2019, continue using the prior release as there are no other changes.
