you can easily publish your extension yourself with a workflow.

Here is a very nice example: https://github.com/atomiechen/reusable-workflows/blob/main/.github/workflows/publish-vse.yml

Use like that: https://github.com/atomiechen/vscode-handyllm/blob/main/.github/workflows/publish.yml
