TODO:

1. Download Xilinx ISE and Digilent Adept 2 on PC
2. Initialize ISE project using same configuration settings as Lab 3
3. Update git repo with initialized project
4. Create extremely simple project to light some LEDs on the Nexys 3 board to verify project config
5. Begin design with highest level module (single-cycle.v)
6. Begin developing ISA (simplest instructions)
7. Create memory modules (inst-mem, data-mem, regfile, etc)
