@anneferger and me adjusted all dates and update information on this year’s conditions

  • change 2024 to 2025 as well as concrete days of registration start and end
  • change messenger links from slack to matrix
  • change names of organization team
  • add information on costs for students
  • change Dockerfile into apache
  • change some colors in the layout
  • add registration into navigation bar
