[andino_hardware] Add documentation so a BMS can be added (optional) #314

Description

@pabnas

Desired behavior

Improve or add a section on how to add a BMS if the user have the abilities of soldering.

Implementation suggestion

An apendix with what BMS to choose, maybe a list of modules, tips on how many batteries to use, and how to charge them, There is a free model that can be printed if the user does not want to use a charging module but to charge them externally
4cell-18650-battery-charger.

Additional context

I was using a battery powerbank but connecting the motors and the raspberry pi caused a current peak that disabled one output so i had to start adding a BMS with LIPo batteries in order to move the robot with no cables attached. The Andino version2 have this batteries installed with no protections attached to it, this could led to damaging the batteries.
