V0.05

This is a very early build that's able to generate pokemon and send them to pksm.
These are sort of legal, but I still recommend you user use pksm-tools serveLegality to fix them.(https://github.com/BernardoGiordano/PKSM-Tools/releases)
They will come with near nothing (no moves, item, etc) so you will have to use pksm to edit them yourself. I plan to change this in the future.
New Features:

• Much smaller file size, removed un-needed images
• Legality checking via serveLegality has now been implemented, although this isn't a fix all, there will still be legality issues with moves/other small things (I will add a console output in a later update, I just spend my whole day learning C# to convert serveLegality to a CLI tool).
• Random TID and SID generation
