Example command to create base64 encoded tx to write verification information for Token22

$ solana-verify export-pda-tx https://github.com/solana-labs/solana-program-library -u https://api.mainnet-beta.solana.com/6da7c9d2-7d3d-4f7f-8302-97f5fadb58a8 --program-id TokenzQdBNbLqP5VEhdkAS6EPFLC1PHnBqCXEpPxuEb --commit-hash 070934ae4f2975d602caa6bd1e88b2c010e4cab5 --library-name spl_token_2022 --uploader AeLmXCbPaQHGWRLr2saFsEVfmMNuKnxRAbWCT9P5twgz --encoding base64 -- --no-default-features
