Add a metadata TDF for counting the number of Wi-Fi APs and LTE cells scanned as part of a network scan. Also remove the dummy `ARRAY_TYPE` definition, which only existed to prove the capability before we had real TDFs using it. Signed-off-by: Jordan Yates <[email protected]>
