Update `sdk-nrf` to ensure that peripherals (PPI channels) reserved by the Softdevice/MPSL are not handed out by Zephyr drivers. This resolves interrupt driven UART failing when used with the Softdevice. Signed-off-by: Jordan Yates <[email protected]>
