The `format` variable is only used for diff encoding and the initial `TDF_DATA_FORMAT_IDX_ARRAY` check. Remove the assignments to the variable throughout since they don't do anything and in some code paths were wrong. Signed-off-by: Jordan Yates <[email protected]>
