Add animation controllers and update vehicle prefabs
Introduced new AnimatorControllers and animation clips for Hangar, Infantry, OrnithopterA/B, Quad, TankCombat, TankHeavyA/B, and Trike. Updated Hangar, Infantry, and OrnithopterA prefabs to include Animator components and adjusted collider settings. Removed unused camera noise profile asset and updated material sun direction vectors for atmosphere, cloud, and fog materials.
