Description

This PR would add a pipeline to regenerate trimmed EPO anchor alignments, run Enredo on the originally trimmed and newly re-trimmed anchors, and then compare the Enredo output files generated from each of the two anchor sets.

This pipeline was tested on all EPO datasets that are current in Ensembl release 116 and generated before this release.
