This pull request adds
processOptions()to replace theappendCustomParams()method, utilizing only v5IRequestOptionsand deprecatesappendCustomParams().processOptions(requestOptions, { paramKeys[], extractKeys[], defaultOptions }): IRequestOptions;processOptions()across packagesappendCustomParams()with console warnings for users.processOptionsto request (should allow us to close custom params get dropped in generic search #657 andfindPlacesNearPointdoes not use abort signal #1199)
