• on opening the line chart displays the rate women and men smoking for 2004, 2010, 2014 and latest (there should be data available for 2017)

• four filters could be applied to data

• four filters ( can be applied to the chart: gender (needs discussion), age, education and income )

• the exact ratios have to be displayed above the line for each year
