Makes sure that stderr output doesn't cause weird interactions with FEXRootFSFetcher.
…-common Checks to see if the package is installed first before trying to use it. Fixes an issue where fresh users don't have this package installed and the script fails.

There's another issue that it would be good to skip the binfmt packages if the script detects that systemd-binfmt isn't running, but I don't quite know how to detect that right now. So punting until a different PR. |
