Note: This was built using .NETFramework v4.0 and has not been updated since 2015, from code before the framework update in this repo.

Run FMS3.exe. See legacy setup wiki for instructions.

The included "Joystick" folder has a program used to find values for joystickProfiles.xml. Config is set in appProfile.xml.
