Previous we use conditional display based on file-extension. This may lead to instability of the dom-tree. Change to style-hide-based display to have stable dom-tree. 1. git submodule fs2NiiVueColormaps. 2. use FreesurferColorLUT.v7.4.1.json. 3. image-display deals with only png, jpg, and jpeg. 4. add key in Sidebar. 5. niivue-display. 6. use NIH instead of Actc for zmap. 7. with always displayed colorbar and shrink button. 8. CatchallDisplay. 9. IframeDisplay. 10. DcmDisplay. 11. better ImageDisplay. 12. imageDisplay.module.css => ImageDisplay.module.css.
