Experiments with VGUI1 and implementation of VGUI1 surface with SDL3

- add controls examples
- clean up
- split large sdl_app.cpp into smaller files
- switch to freevgui headers when they will be complete
- draft new vgui_support based on this code

assets/marlett.ttf is the Marlett replacement font from the Wine project, licensed under LGPL-2.1-or-later; data/fonts/marlett.tga is generated from it with scripts/ttf2vguifont.py.
